Given precautions put into place because of COVID-19, the senior care facilities Sound Affects works with have experienced changing waves of lockdowns and activity and visitor regulations. As a non-profit project that has always prioritized senior access to personalized music, Sound Affects will continue to focus on the mental and emotional wellbeing of older adults as facilities continue to navigate safe programming.

Music Programs for Senior Care Facilities

IN PERSON SHOWS

Sound Affects is organizing indoor and outdoor shows for facilities and different-sized groups of residents. We’ll book our artists to perform for your residents using any space or equipment you have to offer.

VIRTUAL SHOWS

We can tailor virtual concerts to your facility’s needs. Our current offerings include weekly, monthly, or occasional shows with one or multiple artists on Zoom or any other video platform.

MUSIC FOR INDIVIDUALS

No audience is too small for our artists and we value the personal connections made between our musicians and your care residents. If you can think of a personalized music experience that will make a resident’s day (facetime/zoom songs, window music, phone call, etc.), we want to make it happen!

Sound Affects partnered with Colorado facilities that hosted “Hug Tunnels” for their residents. Click here to learn more about Hug Tunnels, being used so that care residents could safely hug their loved ones during pandemic shutdowns.
